SPOON SWEETS
They are called spoon sweets because they are served on a small plate with a teaspoon.
The making of spoon sweets is a tradition passed on from one generation to another. Our grandmothers used to make them and we learnt the exact recipe from them.
They are made from seasonal Greek fresh or unripe fruit. For their preservation, we often use glucose instead of sugar.
