Ingredients:

• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup Cretan grape-juice syrup
• ½ cup orange juice
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 shot of cognac
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon and cloves 
• 1 pound of flour (all purpose)

Instructions:

Stir well with olive oil sugar and Cretan grape-juice syrup then soda dissolved in orange juice, baking powder, brandy, add cinnamon and cloves  and finally the flour. Mix everything very well. Allow the dough to rest for half an hour and then covered the mold into small cookies and bake at 180 oC in air for 20 minutes
