Burgers with Cretan grape-juice syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 red pepper (grated tomato)
- 1 large onion
- 1 tomato grated
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ cup Cretan grape-juice syrup
- ½ cup Vinegar with grape juice syrup (type balsamic)
- little breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- oregano and
- thyme
Instructions:
Mix well all the ingredients together. Then leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Shape into medium size patties and cook in a non stick pan with little oil.
