- 1 bunch stamnagathi
- Leaves of lettuce
- Sheets of curly lettuce
- 1 bunch arugula
- 1 pomegranate
- Some diced yellow cheese
- Shortly croutons
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup Vinegar with grape juice syrup (type balsamic)
- ½ small cup Cretan grape-juice syrup
Wash the vegetables. Cut into chunks (to taste) and put them in a bowl.
Prepare the sauce with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Cretan grape-juice syrup. Then pour over the vegetables with sauce.
Finally, add the pomegranate, salt, the croutons and cheese.
