Made from grape must that is extracted gently from fresh ripe grapes of the region, of excellent quality which are picked one by one.

The must available in our cottage industry is a pure product and it does not contain any additives. The raw material and its quality characteristics, the traditional way with which the must is processed, the passion, our high standards of cleanliness and the way of cooking, are those elements that make the products produced by it so unique.
