Mushrooms (in the pan)

Ingredients:

  • 500g mushrooms
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup Cretan grape-juice syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar with grape juice syrup (type balsamic)

Instructions:

Heat a deep pan with a little olive oil, add the mushrooms into large pieces and saute well. Then add the salt and pepper and when it is almost ready add the vinegar, which soon evaporated, pour the Cretan grape-juice syrup.
