Peppers grilled with Cretan grape-juice syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of peppers
  • ½ cup Cretan grape-juice syrup
  • ½ cup Vinegar with grape juice syrup (type balsamic)
  • salt

Instructions:

Wash and plot light peppers which put them on the grill. Depending on your tastes or roast the peppers well. Then peel, salt them and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and Cretan grape-juice syrup -dressing should be reshuffled thoroughly before.

(The same sauce can also accompany other vegetables on the grill.)
