Green salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch stamnagathi
  • Leaves of lettuce
  • Sheets of curly lettuce
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 1 pomegranate
  • Some diced yellow cheese
  • Shortly croutons
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Vinegar with grape juice syrup (type balsamic)
  • ½ small cup Cretan grape-juice syrup
  • Salt

Instructions:

Wash the vegetables. Cut into chunks (to taste) and put them in a bowl.

Prepare the sauce with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Cretan grape-juice syrup. Then pour over the vegetables with sauce.

Finally, add the pomegranate, salt, the croutons and cheese.
