Octopus baked with

Ingredients:

  • 1 large octopus
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Vinegar with grape juice syrup (type balsamic)
  • ½ cup Cretan grape-juice syrup
  • salt
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • greaseproof paper
  • silver foil

Instructions:

Wash, clean and drain the octopus thoroughly (leave whole, not cut into pieces). Prepare the sauce with olive oil, Vinegar with grape juice syrup (type of balsamic) and Cretan grape-juice syrup, stirring very well. Place the octopus in a baking sheet and drizzle with the sauce. Put a little salt, pepper and oregano and slam the baking sheet with foil tightly. Place in a baking dish and bake at 200 ° C in resistors for 2 to 2.5 hours.
